本仪表KD型设有数码拨盘单下限控制设定电路，设定范围都是91.00%～99.999%，

一、 工作原理：
仪器由氧电极、放大器、比较器、减法器,报警器等部分组成。氧电极：为极谱法隔膜式，采用铂金为阴极，银氯化银为阳极，以聚四氟乙稀为渗透隔离膜，气样中氧可透过薄膜到达阴极，在650mV的极化电压下发生如下反应。
阴极：O2+H2O+4e→40H—
阳极：Ag++C1-→AgC1↓+e
反映可迅速达到平衡，同时产生一个极限扩散电流，此电流的大小正比于气样中的氧分压。此电流通过放大器放大，通过减法器由显示屏直接显示出被测气中的氮气含量，同时输出4-20电流.供外接记录仪或微机作数据记录，可使测量资料存档。另外信号经拨盘数码开关控制.，当被测气体中的氮气含量超过设定值时，仪器发出声,光报警.同时启动相应的控制继电器动作,以带动各类控制设备
